Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, scratches, or damage caused after delivery.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
